We have been in operation for over four years with no default. We have three major real estate portfolios and they are:

5 month plan

Here, our investors invest with us and get 10% Return on Investment (ROI) which would be paid to him/her at the maturity dates that is, both the capital invested and the 10% ROI would be paid to the investor at the end of 5months

8 months plan  

When our investor invests, he gets a whooping ROI of 30% which would be paid to him/her at the maturity dates that is, both the capital invested and the 30% ROI would be paid to the investor at the end of 8months.

12 months plan

When an investor invests here, he/she gets a huge ROI of 50% which would be paid to him/her at the maturity dates that is, both the capital invested and the 50% ROI would be paid to the investor at the end of 12months

NB

All investors gets a post dated cheque and deed of agreement after 14 to 21days of investment this stands as a collateral for  the investment.
